Pre-Event Planning. What are your goals and objectives for the program? What do you intend to accomplish? How will you integrate your brand message or event theme? Who will develop and implement the individual aspects of your program? To ensure success in every way, EventPros will research, negotiate, plan and manage every detail of your meeting, event or trade show. Before we begin designing décor, recommending menu selections, scheduling transportation resources or reserving venue space, we’ll develop a comprehensive program proposal based on your overall goals and objectives. That program proposal becomes our blueprint for success.

Creative Development. Our team can design and manage all creative aspects of your event—from invitations and décor to staging, lighting, food and beverage, audio/visual and post-event correspondence. Each element of the creative plan will be completely defined during our pre-event planning to ensure we’re on track with your expectations, budget considerations and event objectives.

On-Site Management. We’re experts at managing the elements of successful events. Our team will be on-site before, during and after your program to oversee every detail. During the program, our team will manage all third-party vendors—negotiate and contract for services, oversee a timeline, and coordinate all pre-event and on-site activities and expectations.

Post-Event Review. Following each event, we’ll conduct a detailed review of every part of the program. We’ll assess the final billing to ensure your event was cost-effective and on budget and compare pre-event plans to the actual experience. Plus, we’ll compile a comprehensive recap of your program to provide a guide for your next event. In the end, our success depends on your satisfaction, and we believe the post-event review provides an ideal opportunity to appraise our performance and prepare for our future event partnerships.
